About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Warrensburg, MO. This role offers an excellent pay structure with the distinct advantage of returning home weekly. The position is designed for drivers who want to stay active while delivering dry freight to customer locations across a wide region.
The Role
Drivers on this dedicated lane will handle an average of two loads per week, covering approximately 1,750 miles. The route includes deliveries to customer locations in Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. A key aspect of the job involves hand-unloading trailers using rollers at each stop.
Drivers will work with the account manager to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks. The schedule includes a weekly 34-hour reset, ensuring consistent home time.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation package including CPM, load pay, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Drivers receive weekly pay and have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, AD&D, and an HSA.
