About the Role

Ready to put your truck-driving career in high gear? As a Full-time Class A Yard Driver, you will join a team of professionals committed to delivering products safely and on time. This role is about incredible customer service and building relationships with your accounts. When you drive for Penske, you are representing both Penske and your clients, often driving their branded trucks and wearing their uniforms.

You will operate late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks equipped with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. Your day-to-day involves moving trailers in and out of docks, coupling and uncoupling, and securing loads with strapping, chaining, and tarping. You will work a set schedule of four 12-hour shifts, ensuring you are home daily with three consecutive days off each week.

Hiring Process
