Penske Logistics engineers state-of-the-art transportation, warehousing, and freight management solutions that deliver powerful business results for market-leading companies. With operations spanning North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, Penske and its associates help businesses move forward by increasing visibility and driving down supply-chain costs. We are proud to haul freight for some of the world's leading brands, representing not just our own yellow trucks, but also the brands of our clients.
As a Full-time Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will join a team of professionals committed to delivering products safely and on time. This role is designed for drivers ready to put their careers in high gear. You will perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships, traveling regionally to various locations as needed. Your day-to-day involves unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, while utilizing scanners to track products as they are delivered.
You will drive late-model Penske-maintained trucks equipped with best-in-class specs for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. While dispatch times vary based on work assignments, you can expect to be away from home for 2-3 weeks per assignment. This is a dynamic role where you will be on the move with Penske, and so will your career, with opportunities for training and relocation to new cities across the nation.
When you drive for Penske, you are representing both the company and your clients. You will likely be driving branded trucks and wearing client uniforms, providing incredible customer service and building relationships with your accounts. We are a stable, nationwide company known for having the best equipment, great management, clear communication, and a fantastic safety record. We pay every Friday and offer a comprehensive benefits package that keeps associates and their families happy, healthy, and secure.
To join our team, you must complete the Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history), and undergo a drug screening. This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation and designated as safety-sensitive, requiring the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Penske is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
