With operations spanning North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, Penske and its associates help businesses move forward by increasing visibility and driving down supply-chain costs. We are proud to haul freight for some of the world's leading brands, representing more than just the iconic yellow trucks.
As a Full-time Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will join a team of professionals committed to delivering products safely and on time. Your primary mission is to perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships. This role is about more than just driving; it is about building relationships with your accounts and providing incredible customer service. When you drive for Penske, you are representing both the company and your clients, often driving their branded trucks and wearing their uniforms.
You will operate late-model Penske maintained trucks equipped with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. Your day-to-day involves unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, as well as scanning products as they are delivered. The schedule typically runs from Sunday through Thursday with an 8:00 PM dispatch, averaging 40 hours per week. Most drivers are home daily, with one overnight layover per week and two consecutive days off.
Ready to put your truck-driving career in high gear? Penske offers a stable, nationwide environment known for great management, clear communication, and a fantastic safety record. We provide tons of training opportunities, and with locations across the nation, you have the flexibility to move to a new city as your career grows. We pay every Friday, and for most driving positions, you are home daily.
To join our team, you must complete the Penske employment application and submit to a background investigation, which includes past employment, education, and criminal history, as well as a drug screening. This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation and designated as safety-sensitive, requiring the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Penske is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
