About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to join our team and take advantage of competitive compensation packages. Solo drivers can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week with pay rates ranging from 57 to 64 cents per mile based on experience and location. Top-performing solo drivers in the top 20% of our fleet earn an average of $1,650 weekly.
For those interested in team driving, we offer a split pay structure starting between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM, with teams averaging 5,000 miles per week. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program is available to help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program for those looking to bring a teammate on board.

Hiring Process
Interested candidates must meet specific qualification standards, including holding a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and possessing at least three months of verifiable experience. Applicants must pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no recent major preventable accidents, excessive moving violations, or disqualifying DUI/DWI offenses. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
