About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to join our fleet, offering a dynamic opportunity to earn competitive compensation while maintaining control over your schedule. Whether you are looking for consistent miles on the road or the flexibility to choose your own home time, this role is designed to reward dedication and experience. Drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning up to $1,650 weekly.
For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust partnership program. Team drivers can split a $5,000 sign-on bonus and earn between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer sponsorship programs to assist in building your team.
Equipment and Support
Our fleet features newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, ensuring reliability and comfort on the road. We maintain convenient home-base terminals across the country and provide 24/7 driver support to assist you whenever needed. The role includes paid orientation and access to a tuition reimbursement program to support your professional growth.
Application and Hiring Process
Qualified candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. - verifiedNo positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP
