About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to join our team and take advantage of competitive compensation packages. Solo drivers can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week with pay rates ranging from 57 to 64 cents per mile based on experience and location. Top performers in the top 20% of our Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers earn approximately $1,650 weekly.
For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust partnership opportunity. Team drivers can split a $5,000 sign-on bonus and earn between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM, averaging 5,000 miles per week. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program is available to help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program for those looking to expand their team.

Hiring Process
Qualified candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and possess at least three months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving history requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there are strict guidelines regarding DUI/DWI offenses and drug-related convictions over the past 5 to 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
