About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers to join our team on a mission to deliver consistent freight across the country. Whether you prefer the independence of an Over-The-Road (OTR) position or the shared journey of a team, this role offers the opportunity to earn top-tier compensation while maintaining a schedule that fits your life. Drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week, with the top 20% of our OTR drivers earning up to $1,650 weekly.
For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust partnership program. If you do not yet have a team partner, we can help you find the right match through our Team Match program, or you may bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers enjoy an average of 5,000 miles per week with starting pay splits ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist new teams in getting started.

Application Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old. Applicants are required to have at least 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must have no drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years. Additionally, SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
