About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team on the road. Whether you are looking for solo driving opportunities or want to build a career with a teammate, we offer flexible home time options that fit your lifestyle. Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week, while top performers in our Over-The-Road (OTR) fleet earn up to $1,700 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a competitive split pay structure and an average of 5,000 miles per week.
If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program is designed to help you find the right fit. We also encourage drivers to bring family members or friends along the road and can provide information on our sponsorship program to assist with that transition.

We invest in our drivers by providing newer equipment that averages just 18 months old, ensuring reliability and comfort on the road. We maintain convenient home-base terminals to support your journey and offer 24/7 driver support whenever you need it. Our benefits package is comprehensive, including health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents, along with a 401(k) match and stock purchase plan. Additional perks include paid vacation after one year, tuition reimbursement, and pet insurance.
Application Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old. We require at least three months of verifiable experience and a clean driving record, specifically no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Candidates must also pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years if holding a CDL-A or CLP. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
