We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering a competitive compensation package designed to reward your skills and dedication. Drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with consistent freight, earning between $57 and $64 CPM based on experience and location. Top performers in the top 20% of our Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers earn approximately $1,700 weekly.

For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust program with a $5,000 sign-on bonus (split between partners) and an average of 5,000 miles per week. Starting pay for teams ranges from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer a sponsorship program to assist with bringing new teammates on board.

Equipment and Support

We provide newer equipment, with our fleet averaging just 18 months old, ensuring reliability on the road. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support. Paid orientation is provided to ensure a smooth start to your journey with us.

Application and Hiring Process

Qualified candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old. Applicants must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must have no drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.

Safety is a priority. Eligibility requires no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years, no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years, no more than two moving violations in the last two years, and no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL).
