About the Role
This opportunity is designed for CDL-A drivers seeking higher pay and consistent freight. Drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week with the flexibility to choose home time that works for their lifestyle. Top performers in our Over-The-Road (OTR) fleet earn up to $1,650 weekly.
For those interested in team driving, we offer a competitive split pay starting between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM, with an average of 5,000 miles per week. If you do not currently have a team partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right fit, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also offer sponsorship programs to assist in building your team.

We provide newer equipment averaging 18 months old and convenient home-base terminals to ensure a comfortable and efficient experience. Drivers benefit from consistent miles and freight, supported by 24/7 driver support. Our compensation structure includes a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for team drivers (split) or $1,000 for individual drivers, alongside trip pay calculated based on dispatched miles ranging from 57 to 64 CPM depending on the route and experience level.
Application Instructions
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications; please contact a recruiter for detailed information regarding eligibility and terms.
