About the Role
We are seeking a Tree Care Crew Leader to join our mission of providing purposeful outdoor home services. This role is designed for those tired of "just a job" and ready for a career with impact. As a leader, you will guide a crew in performing all residential and commercial tree and shrub care, with daily climbing required as most management duties are executed from the tree itself.
You will be responsible for safely operating lifts, loaders, and saws while ensuring both client satisfaction and rigorous job site safety. Beyond technical execution, you will maintain equipment and uphold our strict safety standards. We offer a unique opportunity to earn up to 50% of your pay on the same day, reflecting our commitment to rewarding hard work immediately.
