We are seeking an experienced Residential Treatment Supervisor for our West River Haven facility in Brattleboro, VT. In this role, you will direct the activities of the unit and provide essential supervision to staff. Through your leadership and direction, your team will provide the best treatment possible for adolescents.
You will support the Abraxas philosophy and mission, promoting the Seven Key Principles of care. Your day-to-day involves structuring and facilitating treatment-planning reviews, conducting effective supervisory conferences, and ensuring the appropriate use of Safe Crisis Management (SCM). You will foster a culture of teamwork and communication within the unit, ensuring that all staff are trained and supported to meet mandatory requirements.
