About the Role
As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our patient journey. You will manage provider schedules to ensure efficiency, assist with insurance details, and handle financial arrangements with professionalism. Your role is to bridge the gap between clinical care and patient satisfaction, ensuring that every patient feels supported from their very first call through every step of their treatment plan. You will also help maintain a tidy and inviting lobby, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere that defines our practice.
