We are seeking a 40-hour Travelling Teller (Client Service Associate) to join our Service Staff. This unique role involves traveling to various branches within a specified region surrounding a hub branch, with the primary hub located at the West Liberty Branch in Reno, NV.
In this position, you will be the face of our bank, responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions while maintaining strict compliance with policies and balancing records. You will identify and address client needs by providing a variety of services, including opening new accounts, issuing checks, performing account maintenance, and facilitating money transfers. Beyond transaction processing, you will resolve client problems through direct action or by referring them to appropriate resources. A key part of your day will involve identifying opportunities to cross-sell bank products based on client needs, ensuring every interaction adds value to the customer's banking journey.
