About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Easterseals-Goodwill (ESGW), you serve as the welcoming face of our organization, greeting and assisting guests and donors with warmth and professionalism. This role is vital to our mission of supporting individuals with disabilities and fostering community inclusion. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every visitor feels valued while maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
Your day-to-day involves more than just retail operations; you will actively contribute to our fundraising efforts by encouraging guests to "Round-Up" for our programs. You will keep the store environment safe, clean, and organized, utilizing tools like the "Guest Ready" book and performing regular safety analyses. Whether you are processing returns, managing cash registers, or assisting with asset protection, your flexibility and dedication help drive the success of our retail locations.

Requirements
