We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic and energetic Mission Critical team for a specific project in Monroe, LA. This role is crucial to our vision of building the infrastructure that keeps the world moving and connected. About the Role

This position is designed to ensure that quality projects are produced safely, on time, and within budget. You will drive projects through the entire Aldridge Project Lifecycle, working collaboratively with the project team to deliver contract solutions.

Your day will involve leading and developing a team of Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers, mentoring them in their roles, and holding them accountable. You will foster strong customer relationships, building long-term partnerships with General Contractors and owners while engaging field leadership in Agile and company processes. A key part of your mission is to drive the IIF safety culture; you will regularly visit job sites to lead by example, ensuring safety plans are developed and adhered to. You will also facilitate project planning, manage financial plans, and ensure accurate reporting and billing throughout the project's duration.

Key Responsibilities
