About the Role
Designers who thrive at Work & Co see no boundary between form and function. They are highly strategic, detail-oriented, and multi-skilled, bringing a deep understanding across visual design, user experience, user interface design, branding, and coding. Creating digital products here requires intense collaboration—both internally and with our clients. We believe in prototyping early and often, with a sharp focus on the end-user and multiple rounds of testing to validate concepts.
A key differentiator is that our partners are hands-on; there is no middle management. You will work directly with partners, Product Managers, Strategists, and Developers to create original digital products and services that reignite industries and reshape companies. Your focus will be 100% on making great digital products, working iteratively on initial concepts, user flows, visual design, and prototypes. You will participate in all project phases, from strategy to launch to optimization, ensuring impeccable execution and care for design from conceptual thinking through delivery.
