Traveling Retail Merchandiser

About the Role

SAS Retail Services is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Traveling Retail Merchandiser to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will execute merchandising strategies across various retail locations nationwide. Your mission is to ensure products appear in the right store, or on a website, at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities.

You will work closely with buying teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels, and monitor performance. This position requires frequent travel to assigned locations to conduct merchandise resets, ensure proper placement according to planograms, and install or maintain store fixtures, visual displays, and promotional materials. As a key representative of our brand, you will also perform product demonstrations to educate customers and increase sales when necessary.

Day in the Life

Your day involves collaborating with store managers and team members to optimize merchandise presentation and customer satisfaction. You will report product replenishment needs and customer concerns in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of field communication and coordination with regional management. Success in this role demands strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and flexibility to adapt to frequent changes.
