About the Role
SAS Retail Services is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Traveling Retail Merchandiser to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will execute merchandising strategies across various retail locations nationwide. Your mission is to ensure products appear in the right store, or on a website, at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities.
You will work closely with buying teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels, and monitor performance. This position requires frequent travel to assigned retail locations to conduct merchandise resets and ensure proper placement according to planograms. As a key liaison between the company and the store floor, you will install and maintain store fixtures, visual displays, and promotional materials while performing product demonstrations to educate customers and drive sales.
Day in the Life
Your day involves collaborating with store managers and team members to optimize merchandise presentation and enhance customer satisfaction. You will report product replenishment needs and customer concerns in a timely manner, maintaining a high standard of field communication and coordination with regional management. Flexibility is essential, as you will manage multiple tasks and adapt to frequent changes in the retail environment while adhering to all company policies and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
