About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will execute merchandising strategies across various retail locations nationwide, ensuring products appear in the right store or on a website at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities. You will work closely with buying teams to forecast trends, plan stock levels, and monitor performance, serving as a vital link between our strategies and the customer experience.

Your day will involve traveling to assigned retail locations to conduct merchandise resets and ensure proper placement according to planograms. You will install and maintain store fixtures, visual displays, and promotional materials while performing product demonstrations to educate customers and drive sales. Success in this position requires collaborating with store managers and team members to optimize merchandise presentation and customer satisfaction, all while maintaining high standards of field communication with regional management.
