About the Role
Solutions by Sanford is seeking a Traveling Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings. This role exists to bridge gaps in healthcare staffing while providing you with the opportunity to explore new environments and expand your clinical expertise. You will be the backbone of patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatments while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.
In this position, you will adapt quickly to new units, workflows, and facility policies at each assignment. Your day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and IV therapies safely, and documenting care accurately in electronic health records. Beyond clinical duties, you will educate patients and families on diagnoses and discharge instructions, ensuring a seamless transition of care. The role demands flexibility and professionalism as you navigate variable shifts and different facility cultures.

Requirements
- verifiedActive, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice or compact licensure
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- verifiedMinimum of 1–2 years of recent clinical RN experience in an acute care or relevant specialty setting
- verifiedAbility to meet facility-specific credentialing and immunization requirements
Nice to Have
Additional specialty certifications such as PALS, TNCC, CCRN, or CMSRN, based on assignment.
