About the Role
Solutions by Sanford is seeking a Traveling Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings. You will serve as a vital link in the care continuum, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
In this position, you will provide direct nursing care in a variety of hospital and clinical settings. Your day-to-day involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and IV therapies safely, and documenting all aspects of care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR). Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in educating patients and families on diagnoses and treatments, ensuring they have the tools needed for self-management and successful discharge planning.

Requirements
- verifiedActive, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice or compact licensure

- verifiedMinimum of 1–2 years of recent clinical RN experience in an acute care or relevant specialty setting
- verifiedAbility to meet facility-specific credentialing and immunization requirements
