About the Role
Solutions by Sanford is seeking a Traveling Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings. This role exists to ensure continuity of excellence in patient outcomes by bringing experienced nursing professionals to facilities that need them most. You will serve as a vital link in the care continuum, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams.
In this position, you will adapt quickly to new environments, navigating different unit workflows and facility policies with flexibility and professionalism. Your day-to-day involves providing direct nursing care in a variety of hospital and clinical settings, from acute care units to specialized departments. You will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized plans of care, and educating patients and families on diagnoses and treatments to promote self-management.

Requirements
- verifiedActive, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice or compact licensure
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, depending on unit/specialty
- verifiedMinimum of 1–2 years of recent clinical RN experience in an acute care or relevant specialty setting
- verifiedAbility to meet facility-specific credentialing and immunization requirements
Nice to Have
Additional specialty certifications such as PALS, TNCC, CCRN, or CMSRN, based on assignment.
