Application & Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must possess an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or hold compact licensure. You will also need Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, depending on the specific unit or specialty. A minimum of 1–2 years of recent clinical RN experience in an acute care or relevant specialty setting is required.

Once you apply, you will participate in orientation and competency validation at each new facility. We require all candidates to meet facility-specific credentialing and immunization requirements and maintain all necessary documentation. We welcome those with additional specialty certifications (e.g., PALS, TNCC, CCRN, CMSRN) and those ready to travel and work variable shifts.
