About the Role
As a Traveling Recertification Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and their residents, performing core responsibilities to meet company objectives. This role is designed for innovative, goal-oriented individuals who can work effectively both independently and within teams under strict deadlines and pressure.
You will be responsible for providing certification, recertification, and leasing services for assigned residential multifamily apartment communities. Your day-to-day involves completing on-site projects, building effective relationships with tenants and applicants, and transmitting critical information to coworkers and managers. You will ensure management compliance through rigorous auditing, data collection, and resident interviews, covering everything from annual recertifications to rehabilitation and brand new lease-ups.
Travel and Location Requirements
This is a fully on-site position requiring up to 100% travel to work at any assigned multi-family apartment community worksite project across the United States. While the Washington DC Metropolitan area (including Virginia and Maryland) is the primary support region, you must be flexible to travel nationwide to support third-party management clients.
Candidates must have reliable transportation for regional travel and be willing to undertake overnight and multi-day trips to any state for operational coverage. To facilitate this, candidates must live within approximately 30-45 minutes of a major metropolitan airport. Preferred locations include the mid-Atlantic, northeast, midwest, and south regions.
