About the Role
Lithko Contracting is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Regional Travel team. This is an exciting and challenging role with a clear career path. The Operations Manager works closely with multiple project teams to provide operational support, ensuring a positive outcome for every project.
In this position, you will serve as the central hub for project execution. You will be responsible for the supervision, direction, and development of the project team, engaging in the creation of overall project plans and setting clear expectations. You will take ownership of project information, delivering status updates to appropriate parties and validating progress to ensure execution goals are met.
Your day will involve directing and aligning manpower resources to meet goals while ensuring the team adheres to defined processes and individual roles. A key part of your success will be maintaining strong customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the project lifecycle. You will communicate directly with customer management to resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the various phases of the project.
