About the Role

As a Driller at our Jackson location, you will be the backbone of our field operations, operating drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic environment where professional growth is encouraged. You will lead, train, and mentor a drilling crew, ensuring that every project is executed safely and efficiently.

Your day-to-day involves maintaining daily drilling reports, conducting routine equipment inspections, and managing essential documentation such as well logs and repair orders. You will work closely with mentors and experts, exploring a variety of projects and potentially advancing into new roles nationwide. While projects typically follow a Monday–Friday schedule, the nature of the work may require occasional weekend shifts, night shifts, or 10–12 hour workdays to meet project requirements.

Travel and Lifestyle

This position offers significant opportunities for travel, with our Jackson team traveling 70% of the time within the New England area. We prioritize your comfort during these trips by providing private hotel rooms at zero cost and offering per diem allowances. Hiring Process and Requirements

Offer of employment is conditional upon passing a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test, as well as maintaining a clean driving record in accordance with DOT requirements. We review offenses on a case-by-case basis and require verification of your legal right to work in the United States. Additionally, successful candidates must obtain and maintain an interstate DOT Medical Card and pass a HAZWOPER physical.
