About the Role

Legion Fiber is a sales company built around the fiber-optic rollout across the greater Houston area. We have taken a proven training and sales system and put it to work in one of the biggest infrastructure upgrades happening right now. Fiber internet isn't a gimmick; customers genuinely save money and get faster, more reliable service. You are not twisting arms; you are finding the homeowners who want the upgrade and taking care of them.

This is a travel-based, 1099 independent contractor, commission-only role open to applicants nationwide. The core of the position is a unique 10-on / 10-off model. You work a 10-day "blitz" in an assigned market, then you are 100% off for the next 10 days. There are no meetings, no check-ins, and no one looking over your shoulder. During your active days, you wake up in a new market, run your own day on the doors, and build something alongside a team that is locked in with you.

We coordinate the logistics so you can focus entirely on selling. A blitz involves traveling to a new market, and figuring that out alone is often the part that stops most people, so we take it off your plate. We arrange and cover the team's lodging and rental vehicles, provide lead lists and target neighborhoods so you are never starting cold, and stock the team up on food and drinks before each trip. How you work the doors, your approach, your pace, and your pitch are yours to run. All you do is get yourself to the blitz and bring the energy.

Training and Support

We send you to professional sales training on us. Before your first blitz, new reps attend a two-day, all-day sales training run by an outside company with 20+ years of experience, and we cover your ticket. You are not thrown to the wolves; you get a real foundation before you ever knock a door. If covering your own flight is tight, talk to us, as we have options to help.

Compensation and Culture

This role rewards hustle and gives you half your life back. Earnings are based entirely on your own sales results, with a clear advancement path from Scout to Legionnaire, and then to Captain (personal sales plus a portion of your team's production). There is also a same-day cash bonus any day you hit your number early. Additionally, we offer a $500 guarantee: finish your first 10-day blitz and we will pay you $500, guaranteed, on top of any commission you earn, even if you have a rough start.
