About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing services across diverse healthcare settings nationwide. This role exists to ensure patients receive comprehensive, evidence-based care regardless of their location. You will complete evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
In this position, you will adapt quickly to new clinical environments, workflows, and patient populations as assignments change. Your day will involve delivering direct therapy, monitoring progress, and educating patients and families on strategies to support communication and swallowing. You will uphold Fusion Medical Staffing's standards of transparency, accountability, and high-quality care while documenting assessments and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
