Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEvaluate patients with communication and swallowing disorders using standardized assessments
- check_circleDevelop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- check_circleProvide direct speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy across age groups
- check_circleCollaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to coordinate comprehensive, patient-centered care
- check_circleEducate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies, home programs, and progress
- check_circleMaintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
- check_circleParticipate in case conferences, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements

- verifiedCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
