About the Role

We are seeking a Travel Nurse RN Case Management professional for a 9-week assignment at a Long-Term Care Facility in Camden, Maine. This position is designed to support the facility's mission of delivering high-quality patient care through expert case management. You will join a team dedicated to maintaining continuity of care, ensuring that patients receive the comprehensive support they need during their stay.
