As a Registered Nurse, you will develop, implement, evaluate, and revise plans of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. Your provision of care includes direct patient care alongside the delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. This role requires demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, and improving quality of care. You will establish professional relationships, utilize your professional skills to fulfill hospital responsibilities, and develop clinical expertise per specialty. Additionally, you will supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.
