About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Dubuque, Iowa, starting June 15, 2026. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic float pool environment at a well-established acute care facility. You will cover General Medical-Surgical, Rehabilitation, and Behavioral Health units, providing direct patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4–5.

In this role, you will manage patients requiring telemetry and medical-surgical interventions, including the administration of IV drips such as Heparin and Insulin. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes across diverse unit types. The position requires adherence to unit protocols and documentation standards using the EPIC EMR system, along with fulfilling holiday coverage needs as directed by scheduling.
