About the Role
ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at this award-winning facility. This role focuses on caring for adult patients, with a mix of 50% medical and 50% telemetry cases. The position involves managing complex patient needs, including tracheostomies, ventilators, and IV drips, while utilizing EPIC electronic medical records and standard telemetry equipment. Nurses will work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on positive patient outcomes, typically maintaining patient ratios of 4-6:1.
Hiring Process & Application
Candidates must be available for an ASAP start within 5 weeks. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required, along with 1+ year of Critical Care experience. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and EKG. Black scrubs are mandatory for this unit. A $750 referral bonus is available for successful candidates.
