About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Travel Program Manager to lead and optimize our global corporate travel program. This role is pivotal in overseeing travel policy compliance, vendor management, and enhancing the traveler experience across all business units. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in travel operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and geographies.
In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external travel service providers, ensuring seamless travel operations. You will drive change management and training initiatives, manage relationships with key partners like TMCs and OBTs, and act as the escalation point for travel-related issues and emergencies. Your work will directly support budgeting, forecasting, and the identification of savings opportunities through data-driven insights into travel spend and trends.
