Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSet up therapy equipment and treatment areas ensuring devices are calibrated and clean
- check_circleGuide patients through prescribed exercises to improve mobility, strength, and balance
- check_circleObserve patient performance during therapy sessions and report progress to the supervising Physical Therapist
- check_circleAccurately record patient treatment details, progress, and adjustments in the medical record
- check_circleInstruct patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques
- check_circleCollaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- check_circleMaintain a safe treatment environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements
- verifiedValid Physical Therapy Assistant license in compliance with state regulations
- verifiedCurrent BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Nice to Have
Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy. Physical Therapy Assistant experience (though new grads are welcome). Other certifications or licenses.
