Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments in a clinical setting
- check_circleManage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
- check_circleConduct evaluations scheduled at 1 hour and treatments scheduled at 2 per hour
- check_circleMaintain accurate and timely documentation using Raintree EMR
- check_circleDeliver patient-centered care in alignment with clinic protocols and productivity standards
Requirements
- verifiedActive Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
- verifiedMinimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience post-clinicals, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals
- verifiedCompletion of required pre-assignment HealthStream Modules prior to start
