We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join one of our top healthcare clients in San Francisco, California. This 13-week travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the rehabilitation of patients in need.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing referred patients to determine their medical conditions, functional capabilities, and potential for rehabilitation. You will establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals under the direction of physicians, collaborating with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals. Your day-to-day will involve developing comprehensive plans of care, providing skilled interventions, and educating patients and their families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
