As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality rehabilitative care in varied environments, adapting quickly to new policies and workflows while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. This role exists to bridge gaps in patient care by delivering evidence-based interventions that improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. You will be the driving force behind individualized treatment plans, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and manage discharge planning effectively.
Your journey will take you through diverse clinical settings where you will evaluate patient conditions, implement therapeutic interventions, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques. You will navigate different facility guidelines and EMR systems, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with state practice acts and safety standards. Beyond clinical duties, you will maintain regular communication with our support staff regarding assignment details, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and the patients you serve.
To join our team, candidates must possess an active, unrestricted state Physical Therapist license, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, and current BLS certification. The selection process involves verifying your credentials, including a background check, drug screen, and immunization status, to meet facility and state regulations. Once qualified, you will be matched with assignments that align with your expertise and travel preferences.
