About the Role
As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients across a variety of environments. This role exists to ensure continuity of exceptional care in facilities that need it most, allowing you to advance your career while positively influencing patient outcomes. You will adapt quickly to new clinical policies and workflows, maintaining high standards of professionalism on every assignment.
Your day-to-day involves partnering with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize discharge planning. You will serve as a vital resource for patients and families, educating them on home exercise programs, safe mobility techniques, and strategies for maintaining functional gains. Success in this position requires the ability to navigate varied clinical settings while managing travel logistics and scheduling effectively.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must hold an active, unrestricted state Physical Therapist license in their assigned state(s) or be eligible to obtain one prior to the assignment start. The process includes verifying your Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, current BLS certification, and valid driver's license. Additionally, all candidates must successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and immunization/health requirements as mandated by specific facilities and state regulations.
