As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients across a variety of environments. This role exists to ensure continuity of exceptional care in dynamic settings, requiring you to adapt quickly to new clinical policies and workflows while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. You will serve as a vital link in the interdisciplinary care team, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and support staff to optimize patient care plans and discharge strategies.
In this position, you will evaluate patient conditions, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs. Your day-to-day impact will be measured by your ability to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in educating patients and families on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques, ensuring long-term functional gains.
To join our team, candidates must possess an active, unrestricted state Physical Therapist license in the assigned state(s) or eligibility to obtain one prior to the assignment start. The selection process involves verifying your credentials, including a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, current BLS certification, and valid driver's license. Additionally, all candidates must successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and meet immunization and health requirements as mandated by the specific facility and state regulations.
