As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in varied environments nationwide. This role exists to ensure continuity of care by adapting quickly to new clinical settings, policies, and workflows while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. You will be the driving force behind individualized treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery and discharge planning.
In this position, you will partner with physicians, nurses, and care teams to coordinate comprehensive care. Your day-to-day involves evaluating patient conditions, implementing evidence-based interventions, and educating patients and families on maintaining functional gains. Whether managing orthopedic, neurological, or cardiopulmonary cases, you will navigate different facility guidelines and regulatory requirements with agility.
To join our team, candidates must be prepared to meet specific facility and state requirements, including passing background checks, drug screens, and immunization/health screenings. Once selected, you will coordinate assignment details and scheduling directly with Fusion Medical Staffing support staff to ensure a smooth transition to your new clinical environment.
