As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality rehabilitative care in varied environments, adapting quickly to new clinical settings, policies, and workflows. This role exists to bridge the gap in patient care by delivering evidence-based therapy that improves mobility, reduces pain, and restores function. You will be the face of our mission on the ground, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning.
Your day will involve conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating patients and families on maintaining their functional gains. Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as a vital link between the facility and Fusion Medical Staffing, communicating regularly regarding assignment details and ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and the organization.
To join our team, candidates must possess an active, unrestricted state Physical Therapist license in the assigned state(s) or eligibility to obtain one prior to the assignment start. The process includes verifying your Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, current BLS certification, and valid driver's license. All candidates must successfully pass background checks, drug screens, and immunization/health requirements as mandated by facility and state regulations.
