About the Role
As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in varied environments nationwide. This role exists to bridge gaps in healthcare delivery, allowing you to adapt quickly to new clinical settings, policies, and workflows while maintaining the highest standards of care. You will be the driving force behind patient recovery, working to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function through evidence-based interventions.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans and discharge strategies. Your day-to-day involves evaluating patient conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques. You will serve as a vital link between clinical expertise and patient well-being, ensuring that every assignment contributes to positive health outcomes.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess an active, unrestricted state Physical Therapist license in the assigned state(s) or eligibility to obtain one prior to the assignment start. The process includes verifying your Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, current BLS certification, and valid driver's license. Additionally, all candidates must successfully pass background checks, drug screens, and immunization/health requirements as mandated by facility and state regulations.
