About the Role
As a Pharmacist in Colebrook, NH, you will be responsible for filling medication orders, monitoring patient medication therapies, and counseling patients. Your day will involve documenting inventory, providing drug information, and supervising support personnel. You will communicate effectively to deliver patient care and education while promoting pharmacy initiatives. The role requires strict adherence to risk management, safety, security, and infection control protocols, as well as compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal regulations.
