About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a Clinical Educator for a travel nursing position in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at a facility in Asheville, North Carolina. This role is designed to deliver high-quality clinical education to nursing staff, ensuring the maintenance of high standards for patient care and competency validation.

As a Clinical Educator on the night shift, you will focus on delivering assigned clinical education content to impacted staff, including core staff, travelers, contract labor, and interdisciplinary team members. Your day will involve providing unit-based rounding, reinforcement, and just-in-time coaching to support the team. You will be responsible for validating understanding and competency, documenting education completion accurately, and identifying any barriers to completion to escalate to Clinical Education leadership. Additionally, you will assist with focused re-education when audit findings or practice observations indicate a need for additional support, partnering with Mission educators and leaders to drive continuous improvement.
