About the Role
This is a 12-week travel nursing opportunity for a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry, based in Denver, CO. The role is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to patient safety and effective care coordination.
In this position, you will be an integral part of the medical team, assisting physicians with patient management and ensuring the highest level of professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and hospital staff. A key component of your day-to-day responsibilities involves monitoring electrocardiogram outputs and specialized patient equipment. You will be responsible for identifying irregular telemetry readings, interpreting electronic displays, and initiating corrective actions whenever monitoring data indicates adverse symptomatology. Your ability to promptly notify appropriate medical team members of these irregularities is critical to patient outcomes.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess an active state nursing license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 2-3 years of recent Telemetry experience. We aim to get qualified professionals back to the work they love as quickly as possible, with a start date available ASAP.
