About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Telemetry unit within a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environment in Dallas, TX. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a team-based setting and is dedicated to delivering patient-centered care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
About the Role
In this position, you will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the well-being of patients requiring continuous cardiac and physiological monitoring. The day-to-day involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications and treatments per physician orders, and managing the care of multiple patients simultaneously. You will play a critical role in monitoring vitals and pain levels, promptly reporting any clinical changes, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient mobility. Additionally, you will be responsible for educating patients and their families on care plans and discharge instructions, all while maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice

Nice to Have
Experience in hospital or clinical setting. ACLS certification.
