About the Position
TravelNurseSource is partnering with job.com LLC to find a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry for a fast-paced healthcare environment in Miami, Florida (33101). This role is designed for a skilled professional ready to deliver patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high clinical standards.
The Role in Context
Working within a high-acuity, team-based hospital setting, you will be the eyes and ears of the telemetry unit. Your day will involve performing comprehensive patient assessments, monitoring ongoing conditions, and administering medications per physician orders. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate documentation in EMR systems and educating patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions. Success in this position requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to navigate varying healthcare protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- verifiedBLS Certification
- verifiedMinimum 1-2 years of recent Telemetry experience
- verifiedExperience with IV therapy and telemetry
- verifiedExperience with high-acuity patients
Nice to Have
Experience in hospital or clinical setting. ACLS certification.
